A rare and very collectable gilded egyptian Zar amulet box pendant with five bells attached. The box is openable at the top and ornamented on both sides. This kind of Zar amulets were worn during the ceremonies which are held to take away or protect the wearer of the zar-spirit, which has taken possession of a person, in order to heal this person from the spirits caused illness.
