Here we have a pair of antique high grade silver earrings from Afghanistan. They have small turquoises set on the front. Very ornate silver work around.
The earwires are only sligthly thicker than standard western earwires. They have a thickness of 1.2mm (16gauge). It is just important not to bend the earwire when wearing them, but to try to slip in, so the wire will not get damaged!
