This is indeed a fantastic and rare find! Here we have an old and absolutely gorgeous tibetan 18kt coral saddle ring with a genuine old coral in the center that is attached with a pin.
This ring has been controled, tested and stamped 750 (18kt) by the Swiss Metal Control. More pics are available too.
