Here we have a pretty Eye of Horus and Ankh bracelet from Egypt. The closure is on the top of the ankh and it's easy to open it, yet once it is closed, it is securely closed. Inside the bracelet, it's stamped with the egytpian hallmarks. The Ankh, also referred to as Egyptian cross, was a symbol of life itself, representing eternal life. Also a symbol for wisdom and insight, it was widely used as a good luck symbol. This bracelet is in perfect condition. It comes with quite some patina, which can be removed if desired so. Measurements: The inner diameter is 6.5cm (2.6" for the inner diameter). This makes an inner circumference of about 8". Weight: 21gr.
